Award to fastest time for Male and Female.
You have 20 minutes to drag "Long Larry" (Bad boy of a rope), complete "The Gauntlet" down and back, and return Long Larry.
20 Participant max. Once you have registered you will be assigned a start time. You may arrive anytime after 7:30am and your Roped In workout will begin at your assigned time.
Registration for this workout includes Derti Development T-shirt and a Day pass to use the other parts of the facility at your leisure before and or after your participation.
Podium awards presented at 6:15 following the final participant.
