About the Event

This routine is by donation only (Donation box on site, no cost required), Memorial workout. Show up any time between 9am and 1pm and dedicate this workout session in honor of our fallen heroes. We will breakdown the workout for you when you arrive. Modifications can be made, so that anybody at any level can pay respects. If you wish to complete the official standards, please bring a 20lb weighted vest with you.
