Mothers(gaurdians), we need to lead by example to our daughters that we are strong mentally, physically, and emotionally. This weekend at Derti Development is designed for you to have experiences with your daughter to lead by example, form a stronger bond, and have lasting memories.

About the Event
As moms, we tend to be rushed to stay on task. It’s easy for time to pass us by without having spent quality time with our daughter. This special weekend getaway helps you purposely have mother-daughter time together and connect on a deeper level.
It's one thing to sit and talk with your daughter about what it means to overcome lifes obstacles, but having the opportunity to lead by example will leave a life long impression. We invite you to join Coach Kati for a 2 day "retreat", where you will camp at Derti with other mothers and daughters. You will take part in the obstacles courses here at Derti as an individual, as a duo, and as a team with the other mothers and daughters. We will share laughter, food, and stories. Along with learning some back to basic skills that are seeming to lost in todays society.
Everything is planned for you so you can fully focus on your mother-daughter relationship without the usual distractions of everyday life … play, learn, and laugh while you enjoy focused time with each other.
After a day of getting Derti, as the sun goes down, you will experience fun and laughter at the mother-daughter dance party, then get a thrill out of the night time stargazing, and campfire with s’mores. To wind down the night, plan on getting cozy with your blankets and pillows (and stuffed animals!) for an outdoor movie night under the stars. Popcorn, movie snacks and beverages all provided.
Sunday morning we will gather for breakfast and a fun skill based learning experience before packing up to head home.
Moms, don’t miss this opportunity to slow the pace, recapture a bit of the magic of childhood and engage the heart and passions of your daughter. She will see you in a new light, love capturing your attention, and feel deeply loved. This memory-making mother-daughter event is a weekend you will talk about for a long time!
This event is popular for moms with daughters ages 7-13. Aunts, foster moms, or mentors are encouraged to attend with girls whose mom is unable to attend or with girls who do not have a mom.
