Every year we complete the Murph, and we encourage you to remember those who have fought for your freedom by doing the same. The traditional workout is meant to be hard, but modifications can be made for your fitness level, as in bands for pullups, no weight vest, modified push ups, so there is NO EXCUSE for you not to shed some sweat.
This event is attended for free or by donation.
You may show up anytime between 9:00am and 10:00am to join us for:
1 mile run with American Flag
100 pull ups
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run with American Flag
As always, all are welcome to join us in our community event area to enjoy company, food, and fireside chats after the workout.
